We have all seen birds flying through the sky in a V formation. Scientists have shown that this formation increases the range of flight by up to 71% through the slip stream it creates. The lead bird when it is tired, swaps to the back to take advantage of this support, and the birds at the back make loud noises to encourage the ones at the front!

At EDS we believe no one should be struggling alone, when we are isolated it is hard to progress, but with the support we offer one another it is possible to make longer and safer journeys by sharing in the ‘slipstream’ of each other’s efforts.
