How Community Support Works

Step 1: Referral & Initial Contact

Once we receive your request (self or professional), we’ll arrange a short phone call to understand your history and needs.

Step 2: Assessment

You’ll be sent questionnaires and offered a full assessment (1–2 hours, online or in person).

Step 3: Service Matching

We’ll recommend whether Community Support is appropriate, and if so, propose a support plan (frequency, mix of therapy/groups/check-ins).

Step 4: Ongoing Support and Review

You’ll attend sessions, receive guided resources, and we’ll check in periodically to adjust as needed.
